 Diversified Future recently closed on the purchase of 4 acres with plans to develop the company’s first project – an infill community of 20 single-family homes for sale. The parcel, located in Phoenix at 34th Street and Tierra Buena Lane, will be the future site for 34th Street Manors. The company is projected to receive final plan approval on the project by December 2023.
