 Shelby Duplessis, founder and managing partner of Diversified Future, established Passion to PowHer, a nonprofit foundation with a mission to support and empower young women. On Friday, October 18, the nonprofit will host its first Passion to PowHer Day, which will be held at the Peoria Sports Complex from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. It is a free all-day event that will provide young women, ages 13-22, the tools to unlock their full potential and inspire them to fulfill their dreams.
